Neuroscience-inspired computational elements and architectures are one of the most popular ideas for replacing the von Neumann architecture. In this work, we propose a neuroscience-inspired dynamic architecture (NIDA) and discuss a method for automatically designing NIDA networks to accomplish tasks.
